Heather Gennette earned her real estate license in 2003 in the beautiful state of Washington. This year alone, she has been part of more than 142 transactions. Honesty, experience and integrity are just some of the qualities you encounter when you hire Heather and her team.

Heather continually trains and studies the markets to provide you with the most up to date information and practices possible. The real estate industry is always changing and evolving and if you don’t change with it, you will be left behind. Heather holds numerous certifications, such as earning the distinguished Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification and being a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She is also HAFA certified and just recently received her CDPE award certificate. This prestigious certification is an advanced Distressed Property Expert course and is very hard to achieve.
All of these titles may not mean anything to you reading this but in a nut shell, Heather is well qualified to handle any type of real estate transaction. Short sales, REO sales, REO listing, purchases, relocation, standard sales, Veterans home sales (VA loan), First Time home buyer, you name it, Heather has done it.
One important member of Heathers team is her Mortgage consultant. The reason James is so integral is he provides each client with a customized mortgage profile that shows them what they can afford, rent vs. buy calculations and also prequalifies each prospective buyers for our sellers. He handles all types of loan products such as FHA, VA, Homepath, Conventional and Jumbo. Once again, real estate real easy.
